Expand BayesianProblem sampling Gibbs strategies when the experimental is set to True, to use for example NUTS, etc #505

          We can create an issue to expand sampling strategies when the experimental is set to True, to use for example NUTS, etc

(likely after #503 is done and once we are sure NUTS/MH works well within Gibbs)
