Add server table #26

We need to add a server table that should have the following properties

Server name Server ip Last updated Running jobs paused jobs processor status

Added the server table as described. For processor status, I've set it as a double that defaults to 100. (Aiming at idle percentage) I'm not sure what other info about the processor we can encapsulate. User percentage versus idle?
