Update strings.xml #454

German translation of latest app strings. However, the license text are a bit tricky. So I left here some english text in, but translated it roughly.

filled it out now, so you can merge. Thanks for working on OTPA and formalizing processes.

Btw. I hope I can send soon a server address with a Santiago OTP (though, I am still running 0.9.. hope that would not be an issue?). Whom shall I inform then?

Thanks @mentaer! It would be great to have a Santiago OTP instance. I believe we are still supporting v0.9.1 and up, although I'd strongly encourage you to look at updating your OTP instance if possible. You can either ping me directly, open an issue here, or email the OTP dev list.
