Add Travis CI configuration #9

With this config, Travis CI will automatically build each pull request to make sure that the project compiles - you'll see a green check when the build finishes (for this project it will probably take less than a minute). You can also see all builds for this project at https://travis-ci.org/CUTR-at-USF/ontime-performance-calculator.

@mohangandhiGH When you've confirmed that the build finishes, feel free to comment/merge!
