Enterprise Car Share Layer #159

As an additional entry in the layers widget (for now), the following option should be added to toggle showing these two markers (in green):

Under "Other" heading (right, @barbeau ?) "Enterprise Car Share"

Yes, let's put this in a new category:

Others might have feedback after it goes live and we may need to change, but this is a good start.

The official map icons from that link seem to be:

Yes, I think this can be closed - IIRC the only thing left would be to add more dynamic functionality for locating cars via some API provided by Enterprise, but as of now we aren't aware of any. If that changes, this can be reopened or split into another issue.
