Pull requests accepted if anyone gets to this before we do ;).

We can gradually work on this, as well. If we add a new commit and PR for a building or two, we should reference this issue number in the commit and PR, and then update the original post above to strike-through the building that was added. When all buildings are struck through and complete we can close this issue.
