[x] link the event title on the homepage to its location on the Events page
[x] add support to manually pin events on homepage
[x] pin "2022 TF-CSIRT Meeting & FIRST Regional Symposium Europe" and "CVE Global Summit – Spring 2022"

Reopen due to nav bug for specific case where you click an anchor link external to the app/or copy and paste it in the address bar.
