Registration status + Filter

Features:

For Event Participations, there is now a status available with fix defined status codes.
Further filter to split O27/U27
Age of participants are now shown. This is calculated and not fix. Means: it does not represent the age during participation.

Event list and error/alert

Features:

Event list on index in case of more than one available event.
New alert component in case of errors during registration.
New action to be able to copy events
Partner assignment to events now embedded into the events administration
