Looks like you've got a couple of issues. First, seems torch-sparse might not be installed correctly. Double-check your torch and CUDA versions, and then install the compatible version of torch-sparse. Also, you're searching for a category in the dataset that doesn't exist. Please make sure you've downloaded the complete dataset and placed it correctly as per the structure in the README.
