Problem: /etc/modules config does not load kernel mods for IB results in boot hang

Added opensm via apt inserted ib_core, ib_ipoib, ib_cd, ib_mad, ib_umad kernel mod load fail on umad...

Fix was to directly install update mlx4 module via modprobe

Expensive fix time-wise.
