Installing Melview #172

Hey gurus,

Melview is an FSL program for viewing the results of Melodic ICA. It would be helpful, and maybe even essential, to have. I think some of the machines have had it at some point, because I remember Stephen teaching me how to use it. Anyway:

NIBABEL 2.1 Breaks Melview

Downgrade sudo apt-get install python-nibabel=1.2.2-1 sudo apt-mark hold python-nibabel
