The tools I need to use for pre-processing the GABA-L DWI data have been updated to support multi-shell data since the current version of FSL installed on Rama. Can this be updated please? ASAP please because Lisa needs to know by Wednesday if the GABA-L DWI scanner protocol needs to be changed. I am having trouble getting usable data and need to make sure it isn't simply related to incompatibility with an older version of FSL before I ask her to re-do any pulse sequence re-programming. Also making this time sensitive - I cannot process any other data until this is done because processing can't be running during the update, and "running" can take a very very long time.
Pano FSL needs to be updated as well because I'm using both to process the RFA data concurrently. I'll reply to this post once my current Pano processing is wrapped up so updating can be done while I'm not using FSL a couple thousand times a minute.
