establish funding/time for testing MEMPRAGE on CSI 3T #1

Per Gopi the CSI 3T now has MGH's MEMPRAGE sequence. Emailed him to ask 1) what is it's duration, and 2) how to get non-PI TDS time for comparison if initial test data haven't already been collected.

R, 20141204:

Per Gopi's call-in to our lab meeting today, Gopi is going to add us to his "optimization" IRB (ST, JN, BC, KM), which would allow us to submit a 5-participant CSI pilot application even before the IRB addition is complete.

Easier/faster than the app would be:

  1. Time allowing, our PIs could add ~10 minute MEMPRAGE at the end of each existing session.
  2. Gopi can run pilot MEMPRAGE participants if CSI confirms his blanket TDS time.
