Google hangout: Stella continues to skull-strip her T1s.

Inspected today: her -f .25 for MA031 looks great.
She'll email me any ambiguous cases that come up between now and our Friday 10am f/u meeting.

Stella google hangout: she presented selected T1s from final skull stripping w/ bet -B -f .13. All have some acceptable tiny anterior volume excluded from brain mask. MA079, MA074, MA070, MA058. MA055 will require more work as -f 0.08 chopped too much frontal lobe. Recommend she specify -c CoG in posterior superior quadrant of midsag thalamus, then move it toward the anterior in intervals of one or two voxels.

Google hangout with @smtran. She presented selected func2standard registrations from MELODIC. Looking good except for MA038 resting state and language. LL from poor func2highres. I suggest trying 6dof registration instead of BBR, and Stella suggested she do so from a fresh MELODIC instance rather than an existing fsf file.
