Add anchor to page https://www.chaliceuu.org/become-a-member/ by paragraph titled, "Starting Point Journey Circle"

and then on page https://www.chaliceuu.org/about-us/ministers-welcome/ link that anchor to words, "consider joining our Starting Point classes." at bottom of page.

Also, we should add Rev. Nica's name somewhere on the page. The welcome does not say who it's from.
