Consider a link to the "Text-to-Give" and Breeze Giving options.

@davidabarker Happy to set this up - I'm assuming we'll need to make a page to explain how to text-to-give, has that been explained anywhere before where I can copy/paste?

Also, unsure how Breeze Giving works - can you shed some light on how you'd like that to be explained?
