Ocean becomes choppy #6

It's weird to describe, but I've observed that the ocean becomes choppy.

I think it's like: Previously, the entire game would lag with the ocean lol. But now, only the ocean is lagging.

I think I may have set the default ocean calculations delay too low... I'll increase it! And make it go down to 10 FPS only if your actual FPS is that low.
