Emission factors from database #15

It would be more convenient if the emission factors were stored in an external file. These emission factors could be selected in CAT through a combobox.

  1. Agree with Estelle on the information needed in the file
  2. Agree with Estelle on the file format (probably CSV)
  3. Agree with Holger Wernsdorfer for ForEnerChips

Could there be some categories for the emissions.

This issue will not be addressed. Instead we are going to use a CSV IO format. See issue #22.
