Bug with biomass parameters #20

All boxes are checked with Heterofor, but the setTier2ImplementationEnabled method reports that the model implemention does not support TIer 2. Issue raised by Frédéric ANDRE.

The bug in HetCatExport comes from the fact that the customized biomass parameters were not selected.
