[BUG] FLIR Watchdog is broken #64

Describe the bug

The FLIR watchdog that restarts cameras when they go down seems to be broken.

Solution

Look into fixing the watchdog or removing it if we're confident power was the issue.

This may not be true, behavior was intermittent

Possibly replace watchdogs with a button on the GUI that triggers a restart
