The chunk legeleistung in the new 'Practical_Schiffers.Rmd' crashes my R session... Could not figure it out yet...

Removing the prior = priors, and silent = 2 arguments I was able to get it to begin to run the model. Then it crashed again.

Checking the logs - with the latest R, brms and Rstudio did not help - the issue persists. I am commenting out the brms code so that students can at least read the materials and also try to get this to run on their machines.
