Solved by rebuilding the pages / app locally in RStudio and adding to the git repo (commit push) - a few times -> updated all packages (i.e. installed anew) and now all websites are back online with a warning: 11/27 10:50:52.902 (GMT) Warning message: 11/27 10:50:52.903 (GMT) In packrat::restore(overwrite.dirty = TRUE, prompt = FALSE, restart = FALSE) : 11/27 10:50:52.903 (GMT) The most recent snapshot was generated using R version 4.1.3 Completed packrat build against R version: '4.1.2'
