This appears to be an important paper for party policy around parks - it is the generic document on the government regulations on protected and forest area:

The areas of different zones:

  1. Phân khu bảo vệ nghiêm ngặt (Protected area): 1695.26 km2
  2. Phân khu phục hồi sinh thái (Buffer area): 8058.15 km2
  3. Phân khu hành chính dịch vụ (Administrative area): 333.87 km2
