Make it usable without login to R Studio Connect #6

Currently the admin app requires being logged in to R Studio Connect. To avoid mistakes while using R Studio Connect, it would be nice to avoid the need of sharing the login data with many people.

Solved: It was just a setting in R Studio Connect.
