Question for the training choosable from the admin App #7

A workshop leader should have the possibility to choose the question for a training in the interface of the admit app (or another page). Ideally by ticking a field for each question which should be part of the training. -> This should avoid that we have to change the code (global.R in https://github.com/CWWhitney/calibration_app) manually for each training.
