Add support for defining rgb values separately #29

There should be an option to define rgb values separately.

preperations

move colorwheel tile top arcade tab to make room on the color tab

features

[ ] store values in spiff
- save and load three custom solors
- not save every change. Let user choose to save current state.
[ ] restore values and FastLED.show() when tile gets opened
[ ] prepare for future rgbw support
