7 years ago I am not sure if this feature is a good or bad idea.
The guys from homie have reasons to not include ntp into homie. https://github.com/marvinroger/homie-esp8266/issues/15
But for this project (with a display) it might be eacceptable to include it manually.
get time via ntp and display in the display
