Contract Builder: DialoguePageIndexMatches Conditional #619

Add support for the vanilla DialoguePageIndexMatches conditional.

This conditional takes two properties:

It is limited to the OnDialogueContinue trigger message.

This conditional is used to check which part of a multi-dialogue-section dialogue is currently active.
