This is a tiny PR which makes some slight improvements to the ROMS-Tools documentation notebook:

One list of bullet points is now formatted correctly.
It adds some notes about how to best specify the path to the raw input data: specific filenames are better than wildcards (see https://github.com/CWorthy-ocean/roms-tools/issues/155#issuecomment-2400294152).
