Rather than making officer bubbles disappear when they reach X, shade them 
grey to show that they are sitting down at their stations.

I cannot get the simulator to open. I have Vista. Is there an update that I 
need to 
obtain???

1. Have you installed the .msi file?  Does that complete successfully?

2. What happens when you try to run the program?
