Feature request : Add option (Multiple GPU) #290

it's a common case where streamers have another GPU for video processing, or someone running quadro/tesla cards without video out the app will just select whatever it wants which is pretty annoying, it can't be that hard to add this

I'm curious if it helps to set the GPU for CapFrameX in the Windows options or if it will still pick the other one https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000090168/graphics.html

I can see the problem. At least we need something like an option to be able to set the default/"gaming" GPU.
