A new generator similar to LinkGenerator but for files (example). List generators returns files only of they are used as a link, like [[:File:Image.svg]], not when the files is used as a file like [[File:Image.svg]].

I've just done some maintenance work. Please make an empty push (or merge / rebase to the latest source branch) to your working branch to trigger the CI process.
