Namespace, name and other API adjustments in v0.6 #12

Maybe it's time to reorganize the classes now. More detail follows.

For now most of the classes are in WikiClientLibrary root-namespace, except for WikiClientLibrary.Clients.WikiClient. More accurate namespace division might be helpful.

This has almost been done in ecf8051954853b586090e51fbc8af87861c760a7.
