Update powershell_analyzer.py

Tested on https://github.com/JohnHammond/CVE-2021-34527/blob/master/CVE-2021-34527.ps1

• Added [\'\"] to self.pattern_b64 to detect both single and double quotes
• Separated comp_data into specific compressions, so more compression patterns can be added over time (there may be a better way to do this)
• Added a gzipstream decompression code block
