The changes I have applied aims at speeding up the setup of the jadx library by making the overall code more maintainable and better optimised. Also, I have fixed a typo in a comment.

Hey there @dante-tech !

Thank you for your effort. I tried your changes on my environment and encountered some issues (in unzip section). After that I examined your changes and decided to your changes are unnecessary for me. I want to see improvements about implementing new analysis techniques or something like that instead of changing setup scripts or readme file. But I really appreciated for your work!
