Not clear how to set up source code for develop #106

As someone new to pretty much everything involved here (Unity, KSP modding, Git) but keen to get involved it would be good if there was some guidance on how to set up the source code: where to put it relative to ksp files, how to make sure Unity is set up correctly etc. I've managed to figure it all out myself except the Unity references in the KerbalEngineer.CSharp.Editor project.
