Add Distance and Heading readouts along the surface

Add 4 new readouts:

• Distance to Waypoint (Surface)
• Heading to the waypoint along the surface
• Distance (Surface)
• Heading to Target

Which show the great-circle distance (or heading) to the targeted vessel or the active Waypoint, respectively.
