This last commit about the rendezvous is aimed at fixing some odd or meaningless data and making the rendezvous readouts more useful and more situationally aware.

This last commit is quite extensive and adds support for displaying KER in the tracking station. It's a bit hacky-er than I'd like, but doing it proper would require a serious sit down and re-do of the whole flight namespace.
