Directional -isolation seeded- clustering first implementation #136

Integrated directional DBscan with the introduction of isolation seeding (used for the sorting of the directional DBscan seeding). Then several tunings done.

Removed a lot unused code then, make it running A-Z (with supercluster calibration as it was before).

Still all the parameters are hardcoded.
