Added new feature to change the input and output folder (needed for MC data that is not on the cloud)
correcting user cmd for cloud (done by @igorabritta)
The changes were done with the supervision of @igorabritta
I tried the code, and it runs well: with MC data, I can reproduce nice HV scans. For real data, it runs without errors on this root file Data/LAB/histograms_Run04438.root, and the output file (reco_run04438_3D.root) seems to be ok.
