Use the new MIDAS raw data files

Should support the old ROOT files as input. Not yet tested. Tested so far, with the new inputs:

• reading mid.gz from S3
• making pedestal files
• running clustering on an image (debug)

This version also removes the dependency on the deprecated - unsupported root_numpy, but adds the one on the (still) supported uproot.
