PMT Reconstruction Merge - Additional features

This pull request comprises the small changes needed to have an optimal merge of the PMT reco in the main code:

• Update PMT part to read just one or two digitizers
• Update PMT part to read the user selected digitizers channels, thus making it more flexible for different detectors
• Added GEM readout and basic analysis. Added structure for specific GEM analysis
• Reduced tree clutter -> Average waveform only available when number of PMTs > 1.
• Trees only created if requested in config file.
• Brief optimization of waveform resample (moving average filter)
• Normalized config Files for standard values

Additional tests were performed on the CYGNO cloud system. These included the typical debug and normal mode, and all three different detectors.
