@kmieckara no. You are removing some code that is needed (the slices of the superclusters, in the tree, for example, that are needed to get some head-tail property).
I think that the easiest way is to merge the latest master branch from git and push again. There should not be any conflict. If they are, I can help you.

It is a code for saturtion correction pix-by-pix.
configFile.txt is also modified in order to let user put the path to tmp folder
(therefore also swiftlib.py and reconstruction.py to use it properly)
I am just learnig git and github so I am sorry if there is something that I missed or do wrong.
Let me know if there are any problems or inconsistencies.
