As a child I would like to be told when the questionnaire is finished and I want to be able to download it, so that my therapist and I can have a copy.

Additional technologies on top of basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript:

SVG drawings
animate text via SVG, CSS or JavaScript?
create a button to download the child's information from the user object.
make sure data has been deleted from object after download.
