Child user story #12 - choose an avatar

As a child I would like to choose and customize my avatar, so that my character can take me through the questionnaire.

Additional technologies on top of basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript:

• SVG drawings
• animate text via SVG, CSS or JavaScript?
• use sliders to choose different feature of the character
