Frozen CT Discovery #845

Hello, I have tested new CT Discovery and it seems to work pretty well. It finds domain certificates, subdomain ones and even wildcard certificates. We came to a problem though - one Discovery is unfortunately frozen and still shows "Processing". Discovery found three already existing certificates in inventory and one new, which was not saved into Inventory and thus cannot be opened. It could be the cause of frozen Discovery - it found all certificates on the specified domain, but cannot process some of them and freezes. The unsaved certificate is from subdomain of specified domain and it is not expired yet. I have no clue why would CZERTAINLY have problem with this certificate.

@doloban do you think you can share debug logs from Core and Connector? Or if you can share the configuration of discovery so we can try to reproduce the issue?
