Since 3b1acfb231cffcdf6320da656b7a4a9be797f783 we use buckygen as the default generator for fullerenes. In case some options are selected (like symmetry statistics), we switch back to fullgen. This causes the order of the fullerenes in the output to change, and leads to confusion for people who don't know the internal workings of CaGe.
A solution would be to again use fullgen in almost all cases. When CaGe is in expert mode, we could show a check box to select buckygen when it is the best choice.
