If more than 2 face sizes have limits, then the program fails and gives an error message:
You must define both bounds, i.e. either the upper and the lower bound!
Of course this error message is wrong. Also, the quality of the language can be improved.
The error does not occur if you only have one face size with limits:
quad_restrict -q -F3_1^232F4_6^6F6 -d 29
quad_restrict -q -F3_1^232F4F6 -d 29
