Make selection of outer face configurable for standard 2D embeddings #20

The standard embedder embed uses 3 criteria to select the outer face:

face size
rotational symmetry through the face
breadth-first depth from the face

At the moment the priority is

maximum depth
maximum size
maximum symmetry

for tubular graphs, and for all other graphs:

maximum size
maximum symmetry
minimum depth

The idea would be that this could be changed using command line arguments.
