Allow a single embedding of a graph to be saved multiple times #28

If a user presses the 3D or 2D button in the output window in order to save the embedding, then this results in the graph being saved and the button being disabled. In case the user wants to save the embedding in a different format, he needs to restart the generation.

It appears that this is not yet fixed.

  1. Select a generator and choose 3D viewer
  2. Start the generation
  3. Click on 3D to save the embedding (in any format you want)
  4. The 3D button is now disabled and you cannot save the embedding in a different format.
